Sometimes, my timing is just bad.

During the rainy seasons, watching for stretches of good weather long enough for a substantial dog walk can be challenging. There are times that exactly this happens: I take the dogs out when it is clear, the rain promptly begins, the rain continues, and the rain stops just as we get home.
