Fan Art: Those Unknowable: Hugh
Hubert (a.k.a. Hugh) is a human turned Deep One in the comic, Those Unknowable, which is based on the H.P. Lovecraft story, The Shadows over Innsmouth. Hugh is "muscle" for monsters that want to end the world, and yet is also a gentle sweetheart.
The comic creator ranked Hugh as "easily the best hugger" of his characters in this forum thread. That inspired me to pair him with the best hugger among my characters, Velvet of Deer Me, for a friendly embrace.
