My assignment for this year's Web Comic Secret Santa assignment, Hoboe, proved somewhat challenging in that it was mainly a gag-a-day comic with no regularly recurring characters or stories. The bandaged-face man was as close to a recurring character as the comic had and his "arc" recently included his attraction to the police woman, so I featured them.
